Huawei is gearing up for its global launch of the Mate 80 Pro, Max, and RS Master Edition, each packing major design and performance upgrades. The series promises to be one of Huawei’s strongest flagship lineups with improved cameras, a refined Kirin chipset, and premium display tech.

Huawei Mate 80 series was launched in China at the company’s latest hardware launch event. The Mate X7 foldable and the Huawei Watch Ultimate Design were also introduced. The latest additions to the Mate series of smartphones are the Huawei Mate 80, Mate 80 Pro, Mate 80 Pro Max, and Mate 80 RS Master Edition.

Huawei Mate 80 feature HarmonyOS 6.0 operating system. The Huawei Mate 80 Pro Max and Mate 80 RS Master Edition integrate the Kirin 9030 Pro chipset. 

Its construction combines second-generation Kunlun Glass with ultra-durable brocade fiber, providing enhanced drop and impact resistance, and IP68/IP69 ratings for water and dust protection.

The dual-SIM (Nano) Huawei Mate 80 Pro Max features HarmonyOS 6.0 and a 6.9-inch full-HD+ (1,320×2,848 pixels) LTPO AMOLED display.
